Gansons’ primary cGMP equipment manufacturing facility is co-located with our global headquarters in Thane, Maharashtra. This is where our pharmaceutical process equipment — high shear granulators, fluid bed dryers and granulators, tablet coating systems, bin blenders, and liquid dosage equipment — is designed, fabricated, assembled, tested, and dispatched to customers across India and to regulated markets worldwide.
The Thane site is also home to the Gansons Innovation Centre: a carbon-neutral R&D facility equipped with laboratory-scale and pilot-scale models of our full pharma machinery range. For pharmaceutical companies in India and internationally looking to run granulation trials, coating feasibility studies, or process scale-up assessments before committing to capital investment, the Innovation Centre offers confidential, expert-supervised process development trials across all four industries we serve.

Gansons Nashik facility is located in the MIDC Ambad industrial estate – one of Maharashtra’s most significant pharmaceutical and industrial manufacturing hubs, and a key part of Gansons total manufacturing capacity of more than 250,000 square feet across four ISO 9001:2015 certified sites.
The Nashik process equipment manufacturing facility produces components and complete assemblies for Gansons’ pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and personal care equipment ranges. As a pharma machinery manufacturer in Nashik with deep roots in the Maharashtra manufacturing cluster, this facility supports both domestic Indian customers and international orders, helping maintain the production capacity and lead times that our global customer base depends on.
